'Optimism' Test Scores:
If you scored 0-10 - you are an extreme pessimist! I hope this phase is a temporary one for you where you might often feel that 'life is not worth living'. Cheer up! You've come to the right place here. Read articles on this website and reduce your stress levels!
If you scored 10-15 - you are slightly optimistic. This is an average score for most people. Your current level of optimism often 'keeps you grounded' so to speak. You are a type of person who does not daydream too often, you are 'realistic' and you know that life is not always about fun. It's good to be serious minded like you are, but you need to make an extra effort to bring more fun into your life. Movies, music, books, taking time out, - use anything to make yourself happier at least twice a week!
If you scored 15-20 - you are a very optimistic individual. If this is how you feel most of the time, then you know how to cope with stress, and you could probably teach many of us how to do it. You know how to lighten up and transform any situation into a more positive one. Your task here (in this lifetime) is to teach others how to do it!
If you scored 20-24 - this is an extreme optimism. You may feel that at times it is difficult for you to remain serious and focused. You like to daydream a lot and feel that life is supposed to be fun. If you are satisfied with the way you feel, then don't change anything! If you are not, then try to listen to the stories of others, understand them deeper, help them to make the right decisions, and help them to be more optimistic about life.
